Project inquiries
The quotation form asks for your name, company, business email, phone number, project location and requirements so the team can understand your inquiry.
In email-handoff mode, these details stay in your browser while you prepare the inquiry. They are not submitted to a website database. When you choose to open an email draft, your email application receives the details. You decide whether to send it and which attachments to include.
If direct delivery is enabled, the form identifies that the inquiry will be sent to the project team. It is transmitted through the configured service for the purpose of handling your request. Do not include sensitive personal information or documents unrelated to the project.
Email and attachments
Once you send an inquiry, FT JADA and the email providers involved handle the message and attachments. The team uses them to respond, clarify requirements and prepare project correspondence. Contact the team for its applicable retention arrangements or to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to any applicable obligations.
Website storage and measurement
The website may remember your appearance preference and your analytics choice in local browser storage. Optional interaction measurement, if configured, is enabled only after you accept it. It records page paths and action names, not your form fields or inquiry text. In email-handoff mode, preparing or opening a draft is not counted as a delivered inquiry.
You can remove saved preferences through your browser’s site-data controls. Hosting providers may process standard request logs for operation and security. No advertising trackers are included in this build.
WhatsApp inquiries
WhatsApp links open an external WhatsApp service with a draft based only on the product or page you are viewing. The website does not send a message, read your chats or copy quotation-form fields into WhatsApp. You choose whether to send the draft. WhatsApp handles your use of its service under its own privacy policy. If optional analytics is enabled with your consent, we record only the click placement and a known product category, never the message, phone number or form details.
External services
Email applications, map services and linked documents may be handled by external services under their own policies. Links that open another site are provided for convenience.
